Hardware + shipping + first month are charged at order. Recurring subscription starts 30 days after AP delivery — not before you have it in hand.
How do I cancel? +
One button in your admin console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Annual prepay: no prorated refund.
What if an AP breaks? +
2-year manufacturer warranty. Breakage during that period: brand-new replacement, round-trip shipping on us. Subscription paused during exchange.
What if I want to add more APs later? +
Come back to this page, set new quantities, you pay just the hardware delta + prorated extra subscription. Everything merges into one monthly bill.
I have 100+ APs, do you do custom? +
Yes — beyond 50 APs the public grid stops, we move to a custom contract (negotiated annual, dedicated support, hardened SLA). Reach out.
